Acknowledges Alcoa's operations at three Indiana locations (Lafayette, LaPorte, and Newburgh) employing 3,200 Hoosiers in mining, smelting, and manufacturing.

Commends Alcoa's leadership in sustainability, recycling, and community investment, including over $550 million invested through the Alcoa Foundation since 1952.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to the three Alcoa plants in Indiana.
