Honors Colonel Richard L. Griffith for his service as Commander of the Indiana Wing of the Civil Air Patrol, a position he held since February 2010.

Recognizes the Indiana Wing's achievements under Griffith's leadership, including 21 individual and team awards, a 77% increase in Wing membership, and the first Civil Air Patrol Unit Citation Award for Indiana in 22 years.

Credits Griffith's leadership with the Counter Drug program's estimated eradication of recreational drugs valued at over $50 million in partnership with Indiana State Police.

Acknowledges the Indiana Wing's disaster relief operations, youth education programs serving nearly 500 students, and 6,972 flight hours without safety incidents.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to Colonel Griffith and incoming Commander Colonel Matthew R. Creed.
