Proposes a constitutional amendment adding Section 40 to Article 1 of the Indiana Constitution to permanently guarantee Indiana citizens' right to engage in traditional and modern farming and ranching practices

Prohibits the enactment of any law that would abridge citizens' rights to use traditional or modern agricultural technology, animal production, or ranching practices

Requires approval by two consecutive General Assemblies and ratification by a majority of Indiana voters to take effect
