Association maintains the Indiana Sheriffs' Sex Offender Registry pursuant to Zachary's Law, effective January 1, 2003, which requires sheriffs to jointly establish and maintain the registry

Secretary of the Senate directed to transmit a copy of the resolution to Stephen Luce, Executive Director of the Indiana Sheriffs' Association
