Recognizes the sister school program pairing Chinese schools with each school in the Logansport Community School Corporation to cultivate international learning and understanding

Notes that Logansport Community Schools added Mandarin Chinese as a foreign language option and plan to develop a student exchange program between Indiana and China

Names 13 Chinese school administrators and officials being honored, including Mr. Yaoming He (Deputy Chief, Jinhua Bureau of Education) and principals from schools in Jinhua, Yongkang, Pujiang, and Dongyang

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to all named Chinese school officials
