Congratulates Taiwan on gaining inclusion in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program effective November 1, 2012, making it the 37th jurisdiction and 5th Asian country with visa-free travel to the United States.

Supports Taiwan's efforts to secure entry to the Trans-Pacific Partnership and promote bilateral investment and trade relations with the United States.

Reaffirms support for Taiwan's participation in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and other international organizations to increase its international profile.

Supports strengthening and expanding sister-state ties, friendship, and exchanges between Indiana and Taiwan, noting Taiwan as the 21st largest market for Indiana goods worth $218.2 million in 2011.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to send copies of the resolution to the U.S. Secretary of State, ICAO Secretary General, Taiwan's President, and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago.
