Urges the Indiana Legislative Council to assign an interim study committee to examine lost sales tax revenue from automobile sales to out-of-state residents

Addresses the current exemption where auto sales to nonresidents who remove vehicles to another state for titling, registration, or use are not subject to Indiana sales tax when proper affidavit is completed

Expresses concern that lost sales tax revenue from these transactions may be damaging to Indiana's economy

Requires any established committee to operate under the legislative council's direction and issue reports as directed by the council
