Congratulates Operation Classroom on its 25th anniversary as an Indiana-based mission program providing education and healthcare assistance in Liberia and Sierra Leone, West Africa.

Recognizes Operation Classroom's support of over 20 schools, 2 hospitals, and multiple health clinics since 1987, including construction of classrooms, financial assistance to thousands of children, and nearly 90 container loads of school and medical supplies.

Honors founders Bob Bowman and John Shettle, and executive directors Joe and Carolyn Wagner for their dedication to developing and leading Operation Classroom throughout its 25-year history.

Designates Sunday, April 28, 2013 as "Operation Classroom Celebration Day" as proclaimed by Governor Mike Pence.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to Bob Bowman, John Shettle, Joe Wagner, and Carolyn Wagner.
