Recognizes the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns' Indiana Drug Card Program as an initiative to provide Indiana citizens with discounts on prescription drugs and medical services.

Provides free discount cards to all Indiana residents with no enrollment forms, eligibility restrictions, age or income limits, and covers pre-existing conditions.

Offers average discounts on medications exceeding 30 percent and is accepted at more than 56,000 pharmacies nationwide for brand and generic medications.

Encourages use of local pharmacies to support local pharmacists and enable direct medication consultation to alert patients of potential drug complications.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns.
