Authorizes permit holders authorized to sell alcoholic beverages for carryout to sell on Sundays from 7 a.m. until 3 a.m. the following day, matching weekday carryout hours.

Retail permit holders continue to be authorized to sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption on Sundays from 7 a.m. until 3 a.m. the following day.

Permits holders may continue to sell alcoholic beverages at athletic or sports events held on Sunday at specified venues, beginning one hour before the scheduled event start time or at noon if the event starts at 1 p.m. or later.

Amends Indiana Code sections 7.1-2-3-16.5, 7.1-3-1-14, and 7.1-3-9-12 regarding alcohol sales regulations.

Effective date: July 1, 2014.
