Requires the state school bus committee to adopt rules mandating that each new school bus operated by a school corporation display the school district's name (rather than number) on the back in black letters 4-6 inches high.

Changes the requirement for school bus driver physical examinations to be conducted by an individual registered in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners instead of a physician licensed in Indiana or a bordering state.

Grants school corporations the authority to determine how a certified medical examiner is selected for physical examinations and who must pay for the examination.

Becomes effective July 1, 2014.
