Makes it a Level 6 felony for a person to knowingly or intentionally kill a wild bird or wild mammal on the endangered species list.

Makes it a Level 6 felony for a person to illegally take a deer or wild turkey if the person has at least three prior unrelated convictions for illegally taking a deer or wild turkey within the previous seven years.

Increases reimbursement amounts for unlawfully taking, possessing, or selling a deer or wild turkey to $500 for the first violation, $1,000 for the second violation, and $2,000 for the third and subsequent violations.

Increases reimbursement amounts for unlawfully taking or possessing wildlife (other than fish, deer, or turkey) to $200 for the first violation, $500 for the second violation, and $1,000 for the third and subsequent violations.

Becomes effective July 1, 2014.
