Establishes the Indiana veterans education center of excellence to serve as a repository and clearinghouse for information concerning educational benefits and programs available to veteran students at state educational institutions.

Commission for higher education, in consultation with the Indiana department of veterans' affairs and the department of education, shall designate staff responsible for operating the center.

Center staff must establish and maintain a list of contact information for each state educational institution's program coordinator and compile information on programs and services available to veterans.

Center staff shall publish contact information and available programs and services on the commission's Internet web site.

Effective date: July 1, 2014.
