Prohibits development of back-country areas in Yellowwood State Forest and Morgan-Monroe State Forest (approximately 2,700 acres) in a manner that permits motorized access, timber sales, or commercial activity

Prohibits development of back-country areas in Jackson-Washington State Forest (approximately 2,500 acres) and Clark State Forest (approximately 2,000 acres) in a manner that permits motorized access, timber sales, or commercial activity

Designates specific property compartments and tracts within each forest based on department maps prepared before January 1, 2014

Requires the department to retain the maps as they existed on December 31, 2013 as the official reference for back-country area boundaries

Becomes effective July 1, 2014
