State lottery commission shall adopt rules to establish a scratch-off lottery game benefiting Indiana veterans, effective July 1, 2014.

Profits from scratch-off ticket sales shall be deposited into the military family relief fund established under IC 10-17-12-8.

Money received by retailers from scratch-off game ticket sales, less compensation and prize payouts, must be held in trust and transferred to the military family relief fund rather than the administrative trust fund.

Commission shall deposit all scratch-off game profits directly into the military family relief fund instead of the administrative trust fund.

Military family relief fund revenue sources now include money deposited from scratch-off lottery game ticket sales under IC 4-30-15-1(c).
