• Requires the Indiana Finance Authority, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and Purdue University to submit annual reports by August 1 each year to the joint study committee on transportation and infrastructure assessment and solutions.

• The Indiana Finance Authority must report on transportation projects involving public-private agreements or partnerships.

• The Department of Transportation must report on transportation and infrastructure funding, public-private agreements and partnerships, and programs conducted with Purdue University.

• The Bureau of Motor Vehicles must report on significant policy changes, third-party contracts, and projects required by law.

• Purdue University's Civil Engineering School must report by August 1 of each odd-numbered year on the condition of Indiana's roads and streets as affected by trucks and tractor-semitrailer combinations.
