Increases deed recording fee charged by county recorders from $5 to $13 effective July 1, 2014.

Distributes the $13 deed recording fee as follows: $10 to county surveyor's corner perpetuation fund, $2 to recorder's record perpetuation fund, and $1 to county elected officials training fund.

Updates IC 36-2-7-10 to specify the new fee structure and fund allocation for deed recordings.

Updates IC 36-2-7-19 to confirm county elected officials training fund receives $1 per deed recorded under the new fee structure.
