Allows a person holding both a microbrewery permit and a farm winery permit to operate both businesses in all or part of the same building.

Permits microbreweries to serve complimentary beer samples in an outside area contiguous to the premises, where consumers can also consume beer purchased by the glass.

Allows farm wineries to provide an outside area contiguous to the premises where consumers can consume wine purchased by the glass.

Enables a combined microbrewery and farm winery to offer complimentary samples of both beer and wine in one room of the shared building.
