IN HB1364

Allows individuals collecting voter registration applications as part of their paid employment duties during an employer-conducted voter registration drive to provide their employer's address instead of their personal residence address on the application

Applies only when the applicant is an employee, retired employee, or customer of the organization conducting the registration drive

Amends IC 3-7-31-5, IC 3-7-32-7, and IC 3-7-34-1.5 concerning voter registration form requirements and what constitutes an incomplete registration form

Requires the Indiana Election Commission to approve updated voter registration forms by August 1, 2014, with previous form versions prohibited after December 31, 2014

Declared an emergency measure, effective immediately upon passage
