Commercial identification cards valid for 6 years, with a $6 fee for issuance, renewal, amendment, or replacement; cards must include applicant's name, date of birth, address, gender, physical description, signature, and fingerprint

Individuals may hold a commercial identification card simultaneously with a driver's license, but cannot hold both a commercial identification card and a standard photo identification card at the same time

Alcohol permittees may use a commercial identification card plus one other form of ID as a defense in prosecutions for selling to minors, provided the purchaser falsely represented their age as 21 or older

Cards must contain a statement indicating they are not accepted for federal identification purposes; forgery or misuse of commercial identification cards constitutes a Class B misdemeanor
