Urges the Indiana Department of Transportation to rename two bridges over U.S. Highway 50 in Daviess County (identified as I69-14-09515 SB and I69-14-09525 NB east of Washington) after David Graham and James Newland.

Recognizes David Graham's leadership in the Southwestern Indiana Regional Highway Coalition (SWIRHC) and his work to connect Evansville to Indianapolis after initial studies found the project economically infeasible.

Acknowledges James Newland's role directing SWIRHC and his recruitment by Graham to join the Mid-Continent Highway Coalition, where he advocated for the highway at both state and national levels for over a decade.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to the families of David Graham and James Newland.

Committee on Roads and Transportation reported the resolution favorably with a vote of 10 Yeas, 0 Nays on February 20, 2014.
