Congratulates the Signature School and nine Class of 2014 members named National Merit Finalists: Ahmad B. Allaw, Alex S. Brizius, Bowman C. Clark, Matthew A. Davis, Jay R. Erkilla, Alexandra B. Hitchcock, Derek M. Kuhnert, Drew R. Samuels, and Sachin Seetharamaiah.

Recognizes that Signature School, founded in 2002, was Indiana's first charter high school with emphasis on fine and performing arts, science, technology, mathematics, and liberal arts.

Notes the school's numerous national rankings and awards, including eighth in the nation by Washington Post, number seven by Newsweek Magazine, Four Star Award school status in 2010, and Head of the Class Best Buy Award from the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to each of the nine National Merit Finalists and Jean Hitchcock, Executive Director of the Signature School.
