Indiana House Resolution honors Representative Rick Niemeyer upon his departure from the House of Representatives at the end of the 2014 legislative session

Representative Niemeyer served House District 11 from 2012-2014 on the Government and Regulatory Reform Committee, Local Government Committee, and Roads and Transportation Committee

Prior to state office, Niemeyer served 23 years as West Creek Township Trustee Assessor, as Lake County Councilman from the 7th District, and as Chairman of the Lake County Solid Waste Board

Niemeyer also served on the Lake County Planning Commission, Lake County Drainage Board Advisory Committee, and Tri-Creek Ambulance Service Agency

Resolution directs the Principal Clerk to transmit copies to Representative Niemeyer and his family
