• Allows small brewers to sell beer directly to consumers for carryout at nonprofit farmers' markets, with a limit of 576 ounces per consumer per transaction.

• Requires beer sold at farmers' markets to be bottled or containerized at the brewer's permit premises before sale.

• Applies only to brewers manufacturing 30,000 barrels or less annually for sale or distribution within Indiana.

• Amends IC 7.1-3-2-7 to add farmers' market sales as an authorized activity for permit holders.

• Effective July 1, 2014.
