Allows liquor wholesalers to transport and import liquor from out-of-state warehouses they own or operate, provided the liquor complies with the other state's laws and is moved to the wholesaler's permitted Indiana premises before delivery to retailers or employees.

Allows wine wholesalers to transport and import wine, brandy, or flavored malt beverages from out-of-state warehouses they own or operate, subject to the same conditions as liquor wholesalers.

Changes inventory requirements for wholesalers from "before the time of invoicing and delivery" to "before the time of delivery" for sales to permitted retailers.

Modifies IC 7.1-5-9-12 to permit warehouse exceptions for liquor wholesalers consistent with the new out-of-state warehouse provisions, while maintaining prohibitions for other permit holders.

Effective July 1, 2014.
