Eliminates straight ticket voting option in general and municipal elections, effective July 1, 2014, except for presidential electors.

Removes instructions and ballot mechanisms that allowed voters to cast a single mark to vote for all candidates of one political party or independent ticket.

Repeals multiple superseded statutes related to straight ticket voting (IC 3-11-7-6, IC 3-11-11-10, IC 3-11-13-14, IC 3-12-1-8, IC 3-12-1-15).

Retains straight ticket voting only for candidates for presidential electors, which voters may still select with a single mark.

Requires voters to mark individual candidates on ballots used in ballot card systems, optical scan systems, and electronic voting systems.
