Removes exemptions from Indiana's "do not call" law for telephone solicitations made by tax-exempt charitable organizations, licensed real estate brokers, licensed insurance producers and surplus lines producers, and newspapers.

Retains exemptions for calls made in response to express requests, calls related to existing debts or contracts, calls by charitable organization volunteers or employees with required disclosures, and real estate broker calls for incomplete sales presentations.

Eliminates the previous exemption for insurance producers under IC 27-1-15.6 and IC 27-1-15.8 and the exemption for newspaper employees soliciting subscriptions.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.

Amends IC 24-4.7-1-1 governing telephone solicitations of consumers.
