Specifies appraisal procedures for property sales at auction in partition actions and allows parties to waive appraisal and valuation requirements.

Permits any person with an interest in property being sold at a sheriff's sale in a partition action to request the court order the sale be conducted by an auctioneer.

Allows persons to claim title by adverse possession without paying property taxes and special assessments if they are governmental entities or tax-exempt persons during the period of adverse possession.

Makes technical corrections to Indiana Code sections IC 32-17, IC 32-21, and IC 34-55.

Becomes effective July 1, 2014.
