• Amends Indiana Code Section 34-18-6-4 to change patient's compensation fund payment processing from six-month to three-month periods, effective July 1, 2014
• Claims finalized in months 1-3 computed March 31 and paid by April 15; claims in months 4-6 computed June 30 and paid by July 15; claims in months 7-9 computed September 30 and paid by October 15; claims in months 10-12 computed December 31 and paid by January 15 of following year
• If fund balance is insufficient to pay all claims during a three-month period, amounts must be prorated with unpaid balances paid before subsequent period claims
• Amends Indiana Code Section 34-18-6-5 to require the auditor of state to issue warrants on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 of each year based on certified judgments or court-approved settlements against health care providers
