Expands autism spectrum disorder reporting requirements to include diagnoses at any age, removing the previous limitation of diagnoses before age five.

Amends Indiana Code 16-38-4 to modify the definition of "birth problems" to include autism spectrum disorder recognized in an individual at any age rather than only in children before their fifth birthday.

Requires the state department to inform individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (at any age) or their parents about available physicians, care facilities, and community resources at the time of diagnosis.

Mandates healthcare providers and entities report confirmed cases of autism spectrum disorder to the birth problems registry within sixty (60) days of recognition, regardless of the individual's age.

Effective date: July 1, 2014.
