• Increases the maximum single prize for a winning ticket in pull tab, punchboard, or tip board games from $599 to $15,000.

• Removes requirements for patrons and prize winners to provide identifying information such as name, signature, and driver's license number, except for prizes of $250 or more.

• Requires qualified organizations to pay for licensed supplies only by check or electronic funds transfer from their gaming account, and restricts licensed distributors to obtaining supplies from licensed manufacturers/distributors or qualified organizations under specific conditions.
