Exempts state fair commission vendors from the prohibition on temporary beer permits at locations where 4-H club exhibits are located, allowing them to sell beer on state fairgrounds during the Indiana state fair.

Permits the Indiana state fair commission to issue multiple separate permits to different vendors at various locations on the fairgrounds to sell alcoholic beverages by the glass.

Allows permit holders to receive permits directly from the commission without local board approval and exempts them from quota restrictions.

Repeals the existing statute that prohibited the sale or dispensing of any alcoholic beverage on Indiana State Fair Grounds during the state fair period.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
