Removes the three-year eligibility limit for Indiana qualified service members to receive assistance from the military family relief fund.

Specifies the veterans' affairs commission shall provide continual funding for the military family relief fund rather than only during times of war or national conflict.

Fund provides assistance with food, housing, utilities, medical services, basic transportation, child care, education, employment or workforce, and other essential family support expenses.

Fund may also reimburse training costs and computer equipment and software for county and city veterans' service officers.

Effective date: July 1, 2014.
