Adds new Section IC 34-30-13-1.3 providing civil liability immunity for licensed health care workers who voluntarily provide unpaid health care services outside of medical clinics or health care facilities.

Immunity applies only to licensed health care providers acting within the scope of their license who volunteer without compensation in non-clinical settings.

Excludes health care services provided at medical clinics or health care facilities from the immunity provision.

Removes immunity protection if damages result from the health care provider's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Becomes effective July 1, 2014.
