Requires any person who believes or has reason to believe that someone age 65 or older is being financially exploited to report the suspected exploitation to a law enforcement agency in the county where the senior resides.

Makes a knowing failure to report suspected financial exploitation a Class B misdemeanor.

Defines financial exploitation as unlawfully exerting unauthorized control over a senior's personal services, property, Social Security benefits, or retirement, disability, pension, or similar program benefits.

Requires law enforcement agencies receiving such reports to notify the Indiana Attorney General of the facts and circumstances of the offense.

Requires the Attorney General to notify the appropriate licensor or regulator if the offense involves a licensed person or regulated entity.
