Reduces the offense of a minor using false identification to purchase alcohol from a Class C misdemeanor to a Class C infraction, effective July 1, 2014.

Reduces the offense of a minor being unlawfully present in a bar or tavern from a Class C misdemeanor to a Class C infraction, effective July 1, 2014.

Maintains driver's license suspension of up to one year for minors who commit these infractions or use false or altered driver's licenses as evidence of age.

Requires courts to forward copies of infraction judgments to the bureau of motor vehicles to enforce license suspension requirements.

Updates IC 35-51-7-1 to reflect that IC 7.1-5-7-1 and IC 7.1-5-7-10 now define infractions rather than misdemeanors.
