Establishes the Indiana state dairy association trust license plate as a special group recognition license plate under Indiana Code 9-18-25.

Creates the Indiana state dairy association trust fund to collect and distribute annual fees from license plate sales.

Requires an annual fee of $25 from each Indiana state dairy association trust license plate holder, collected by the bureau.

Directs the bureau to distribute all money in the fund attributable to the $25 annual fees to the Indiana State Dairy Association, Inc., on June 30 of each year.

Effective July 1, 2014, with the license plate program beginning after December 31, 2014.
