Increases the solid waste disposal fee for waste delivered by motor vehicles with registered gross vehicle weight greater than 9,000 pounds from $0.50 per ton to $1.00 per ton.

Increases the solid waste disposal fee for waste delivered by lighter motor vehicles with gross vehicle weight of 9,000 pounds or less from $0.50 per load to $1.00 per load.

Applies to both Indiana-generated and out-of-state solid waste disposed or incinerated in final disposal facilities in Indiana.

Revenue from fees continues to be deposited in the state solid waste management fund and hazardous substances response trust fund as applicable.

Effective date: July 1, 2014.
