Increases Indiana's state minimum wage from $7.25 to $10 per hour, effective July 1, 2014.

Increases the state tipped employee minimum wage from $2.13 to $3 per hour, effective July 1, 2014.

Applies to employers with at least two employees subject to the state's minimum wage provisions.

Requires employers subject to federal Fair Labor Standards Act to pay Indiana's minimum wage if it exceeds the federal minimum wage.
