Amends Indiana Code IC 21-13-8 to expand eligibility for minority student teaching stipends to include students participating in school administration internships as part of graduate degree programs, in addition to student teaching.

Requires applicants to be minority students with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale upon entering student teaching or internship.

Sets stipend amounts at $5,000 maximum for students with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5, and $4,000 maximum for students with a GPA of at least 3.0 but less than 3.5.

Requires students to demonstrate they will engage in student teaching or school administration internship during the upcoming academic term before requesting payment.

Effective July 1, 2014.
