Children whose family income does not exceed 200% of the federal income poverty level are eligible to participate in the federal Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) voucher program if otherwise meeting federal eligibility criteria under 45 CFR 98.20.

Children already receiving CCDF voucher payments may continue participation unless their family income exceeds 250% of the federal income poverty level.

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the state general fund to the division for making CCDF voucher payments.

The appropriation expires July 1, 2018.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.
