Prohibits floral products suppliers from misrepresenting their geographic location by listing a local telephone number or using fictitious/assumed business names in advertisements, local telephone directories, or directory assistance databases unless the true physical address (including locality and state) is disclosed.

Defines "floral products supplier" as any person that regularly enters into retail consumer transactions involving floral or ornamental products/services with Indiana residents or advertises/solicits in Indiana, regardless of physical presence in the state.

Classifies violations as deceptive acts subject to penalties and remedies under Indiana's deceptive consumer sales laws (IC 24-5-0.5).

Provides immunity for third-party distributors (telephone directory publishers, directory assistance providers, Internet services, Internet service providers) that distribute information on behalf of floral suppliers without changing content or knowingly misrepresenting location.

Effective July 1, 2014.
