Recognizes the program's environmental benefits including pollinator habitat enhancement, carbon sequestration in soil, reduced greenhouse gas emissions from decreased mowing, and support for Indiana's $1.7 billion annual outdoor recreation industry.

Encourages the Indiana Department of Transportation to collaborate with local governments and conservation groups to expand Hoosier Roadside Heritage Program maintenance practices throughout the state.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to the Indiana Department of Transportation.
