Indiana General Assembly honors SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives) on its 50th anniversary of providing free business counseling to entrepreneurs and small business owners

SCORE was founded in 1964 and has grown to 330 chapters nationwide with 12,000 volunteers, assisting more than 10 million aspiring entrepreneurs over its history

Indiana SCORE operates 10 chapters with nearly 300 volunteers covering industries including accounting, business planning, manufacturing, marketing, retail, and technology

In 2013, Indiana SCORE mentored and provided workshops for over 6,000 small business entities

Resolution directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy to SCORE's Indiana District Director, R.C. Miramonti
