Congratulates the Episcopal Church of All Saints in Indianapolis on its 150th anniversary, observed on September 21, 2014

Originally organized as Grace Church in November 1864, making it the second oldest Episcopal parish in Indianapolis; served as the Cathedral Church for the Episcopal Diocese of Indiana for approximately 60 years

Hosted the first regular ordination of a woman to the priesthood in the Episcopal Church in 1977, and in 1985 called an African-American woman as Rector when there were no other African-American priests in the Diocese

Embraced racial integration in the 1950s with an "Everyone is Welcome" sign, opened its sanctuary to homeless guests in the 1980s, and established the Dayspring Center for homeless families

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to the church
