Rescinds Indiana's ratification of the Seventeenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which was originally adopted by the 68th General Assembly in 1913 through Senate Joint Resolution 3 (Acts 1913, chapter 361, pages 965-966).

Requires the Governor of Indiana to send a certified copy of the resolution to the Archivist of the United States, the Secretary of State of the United States, the President of the Senate of the United States, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the United States.

The Seventeenth Amendment established direct election of United States senators by voters, replacing the previous system where state legislatures selected senators.
