Proposes adding Section 39 to Article 1 of the Indiana Constitution to recognize the right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife as a valued part of Indiana's heritage.

Establishes that hunting, fishing, and harvesting wildlife shall be forever preserved for the public good and may be conducted using traditional methods.

Grants the people the right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife subject only to laws and rules prescribed by the General Assembly for wildlife conservation, management, and preservation of hunting and fishing.

Designates hunting and fishing as preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife.

Clarifies the amendment does not limit application of existing laws relating to trespass or property rights.
