Authorizes licensed gambling game facilities (racinos) to conduct one or more fantasy sports leagues or contract with others to conduct them on their premises.

Defines a fantasy sports league as a contest where patrons manage imaginary teams of athletes, use actual athlete statistics to determine scores, and compete for predetermined prizes.

Exempts fantasy sports league revenues from gaming taxation under IC 4-35-8, IC 4-35-8.5, and associated taxes on adjusted gross receipts, requiring separate accounting of fantasy sports revenues and expenses.

Establishes operational requirements including compliance with 31 U.S.C. 5362(1)(E)(ix), prohibition on determining winners based solely on individual athlete performance or actual sporting event results, and a minimum age of 21 years for participation.

Requires licensees to notify the Indiana Gaming Commission at least 90 days before conducting fantasy sports leagues and exempts such leagues from gambling crime statutes under IC 35-45-5-11, effective July 1, 2015.
