Defines solid waste hauler as a vehicle in which solid waste or recyclable materials are transported to a transfer station or final disposal facility. Provides that it is a Class A infraction for a person to fail to make a lane change or slow the person's vehicle when approaching a stationary solid waste hauler that is giving a signal by displaying alternately flashing amber lights. Provides that the failure to make a lane change or slow the vehicle results in an additional suspension of driving privileges when the failure results in damage
