Legislative Description
Demand side management programs. Requires the utility regulatory commission to: (1) enforce an existing; or (2) issue a new; order concerning energy efficiency and demand side management programs. Requires that industrial customers of an electricity supplier that previously opted out of participating in the electricity supplier's energy efficiency programs must: (1) resume participating in the program; or (2) begin participating in a subsequent program.
